statement from the director

The Minimalist Film School and Minimalist Film
Productions Inc, prides itself in being a very
progressive film acting school that works for the actor.
Assistants to the school, is assisting its students
reach their goal as a professional. We strive in making
short films on super 16mm format. Using only the best
professional environments with the professional
services, equipment and crew that Florida has to offer.
This is my goal.
As any new director, I want the best for my film,
the composition, the actors, the script, the movement.
I wrote
the feature "My Book of Secrets" around my actors in my school. It took me over 5 years, however I know each actors personally and emotionally. I wrote the best possible dialogue for that character.
I filmed 90 minutes of my film on 16 mm and I made this into a short story. Investors can witness first hand the quality of the project, the intensity in my actors, and the composition of the film, in which I take great pride in.
You will fall in love with my characters . This film is one which people relate to, and get lost emotionally into the characters. This is why we go to the theater, to get lost, to have others tell our story, or maybe
to catch a glimpse of emotion that matches our lives.
Perhaps most of all, to see if someone understands how I feel.
My movie will be shot on 35 mm. It is an independent feature, which will be shown at festivals with a goal of selling it.
